I joined Executive Success Programs during a time when I was searching for help in building a company I had started, but with which I struggled. Through the skills and understanding about myself I gained over the past four years enrolled in Executive Success Programs, I not only successfully grew my company from $500k in annual sales to nearly $20 million, but I balanced my life with deeper family relationships and living healthier.
 

Growing up, I watched my mother work tirelessly as a teacher—she was always putting in extra hours and helping other people—yet she got paid the same amount as teachers who put in the bare minimum. Though I admired her work immensely, I didn’t want to reach the glass ceiling I saw her struggle with. I wanted to be in charge of my success and not limit my ability to earn money. But while I had this awareness, I found myself still stuck in the mindset I’d been brought up in. I kept depending on others for work and to determine my value. All the ideas I understood intellectually were finally becoming true in my life. Within a year, I started my own business: now I make my own schedule and also help others make similar positive life changes. Since my enrollment in Executive Success Programs, I have acquired tools to re-focus and point myself in the direction of a more productive, value-building and joyful life. Particularly exciting for me was using the tools and concepts offered to build and launch a new business. I encourage anyone interested in—and searching for—growth in personal and professional areas of their life to consider ESP to help them achieve ongoing, positive, measurable results. Human potential and behavior are of particular interest to me and I believe ESP offers insights and processes that enable us to understand and realize our potential both as individuals and as a society as a whole. I’ve felt for many years—possibly because I had very little consciousness—the need to know what I wanted to do in this world. Ever since I took Executive Success Programs, and experienced many of its programs, I have delved into the understanding of how my body and my emotions work. Through these new understandings, I’ve been able to reach new goals, namely opening my own production company after having been employed for fifteen years as vice president of one of the most successful production companies in Latin America. My company, Blindspot Pictures, has allowed me to make decisions that have moved me forward in the path I want to take—at speeds far greater than I ever thought possible! The clarity and depth of feeling with which I now face my challenges is immensely richer, as is the way I compassionately interact with my wife, my children, my parents, my friends, my employees and my customers.
 

Executive Success Programs has completely changed my life. I already had a pretty good life, but I still felt that something was missing. After taking my first 16-day Intensive®, I strengthened my relationship with my parents and developed a business partnership with my younger brother. The company grew because of our newfound motivation and our way of relating with each other and with our employees. My experience of the Executive Success Program has been entirely positive. The trainings I’ve taken have helped to reacquaint me with my more youthful, expressive self. Before attending the program, I was headed for law school, ready to bury my head in a career for which I felt little passion. I had always been a creative person, but was lacking the conviction to whole-heartedly pursue a “risky” career path. Through utilizing the methodology developed by Keith Raniere and Nancy Salzman, I became more in touch with myself and the psychological motives that drive me. I now feel better prepared to strive toward my goals, and have the confidence to reach them. In part due to the skills I’ve gained through this program, I am now successfully working as a screenwriter, building a career that is perfectly in line with my aspirations and passion.
 

Throughout my life, I have searched for a way to make human lives and experiences better. I studied international law—first focusing on development and trade then switching to human rights. I worked for the Mexican Mission before moving on to the WTO and the UN Human Rights Council. Through my journey I started to recognize how our ineffectiveness as humans to solve humanity’s problems was related to the way we think about ourselves, and our perceptions and ideas about what is possible and what is not. I recognized that if only I was able to change the way I thought, I could start transforming myself, and thus the world.

After experiencing several different tools, I finally found one that is transformative and practical: one that is based in an emotional education and, most importantly, one that helps me build my humanity and joy. I found that in Executive Success Programs. I recently took one of their higher-level trainings and it has transformed my life in a way I never expected. I literally feel like I got my life back. I recovered my highest ideals and started to experience myself with the most joy imaginable. My life has been transformed forever. Before I learned about Executive Success Programs, I was struggling in life and business. It felt like the world was unfair, business was slow, and clients didn’t really need our services that badly. Life was very stressful and I couldn’t see how I was causing the problems. I had no idea what to expect from ESP. To be honest, I was rather skeptical.

I own and run a twenty-person Mac-specialized IT consulting company based in Vancouver, Canada, and I’ve been involved in the program for almost two years now. In those two years, I’ve made a whole lot of changes.

Instead of trying to tackle twenty projects and accomplishing none, I’m steadily moving forward the three most important ones each quarter, setting and meeting ambitious goals.

Instead of waiting for residential clients to call us for an hour or two of work at $95/hr, I’m proactively cold calling businesses, selling customized solutions for between $15,000 and $30,000 a pop.

Instead of losing staff regularly due to low call volume and me being a micromanaging under-deliverer, our technicians are turning down other job offers to stay with us and help grow the company.

Instead of hoping people find out about us by word of mouth, I’m consistently using email marketing, blogging, and social media to grow our market share and build a following.

Instead of spending all day putting out fires and reacting to what everyone around me urgently needs, I’m calmly and happily balancing life, work, exercise, business development, and teaching my staff to be the best they can be, all while enjoying some of the coolest technology in the world.

But those things are all just effects. They’re the result of the work I’ve been doing to grow myself, and understand myself and my motivation. This brings to mind a quote I love from Mao Tse-Tung: “We think too small, like the frog at the bottom of the well. He thinks the sky is only as big as the top of the well. If he surfaced, he would have an entirely different view.”

What I have learned and accomplished in the last two years has me in awe every day, as I continue to learn and grow, and push my limits even further… All while having a blast doing all the stuff I love most. The side effect I did not expect, or indeed see coming: I’ve built a very kind patience, curiosity, and compassion for all people, including myself.

I would pay millions for that alone.
 

Some decisions change your life forever; deciding to join Executive Success Programs is one I’ll be forever grateful for. Through ESP, over the last 1.5 years I have grown tremendously as an entrepreneur, and as a person. Before ESP, I had a sense that my limitations were internal but I didn’t know how to overcome them. This has changed tremendously. ESP has not only helped me to be more authentic with myself and the world, but as a result of that authenticity I have overcome many business limitations, creating a niche market for myself, and a growing studio within it.

Within 3 months of pursuing my goals using the tools I learned in ESP, I formulated a new way of approaching yoga for digestion, and took that and produced a DVD that is now sold internationally. Building upon that success I identified a market opportunity and opened a beautiful yoga studio in the downtown core with a service that isn’t offered anywhere else.

Looking back, I see how my limitations to business success were based in my emotional limitations, and through the measurable goal-setting, and the life-changing perspective shifts of the Rational Inquiry® method, I feel like a different person. More “me”, and more solid in the world. I love that this exists in the world. Thank you so much!
